The Peruvian Supreme Decree No. 002-2021-IN, published in March 2021, modifies the Peruvian Foreigner Law (Legislative Decree 1350 from 2017), the Peruvian Legislative Decree of Migrations and the Peruvian Regulation of Law No. 26574 as well as the Nationality Law.

Next to other things, this new legislation changes a few immigration processes, procedures, and requirements for some Migraciones paperwork and is especially useful for foreigners planning to apply for a resident visa as all requirements are listed.
