The Emergency Hospital Jose Casimiro Ulloa is a very good public emergency trauma hospital in Miraflores, Lima.

Named after Dr. José Casimiro Ulloa Bucelo (1829 - 1891), a dedicated and gifted Peruvian surgeon who served during the War of the Pacific caring for the wounded and who was among the founders of the Peruvian Red Cross, the public hospital is a highly specialized health facility for emergencies providing 24/7 medical and surgical care in urgent and emergency situations.
