In Peru we only have voluntary fire brigades. While in in Lima the different districts have very well equipped vehicles and respond to any kind of emergency quickly, in the provinces the standard unfortunately is often lower.
Nevertheless, Peruvian firefighters are prepared for fires and serious road accidents, but also provide good first aid for smaller incidents even at home.
Their service is for free, but a donation is always more than appreciated and needed!
