This Law complements the Consumer Protection Law in relation to the services provided to users by companies with multiple operations of the financial system subject to the specific regulation of the Superintendency of Banking and Insurance and Private Administrators of Pension Funds.

This law establishes the legal framework for acts of coercive execution, exercised by the entities of the National Public Administration because of the powers granted by the laws of their specific matters.
