This law establishes standards aimed at maximizing the value of the public resources that are invested and promoting action under the results-based management approach in the procurement of goods, services and works, in such a way that these are carried out in a timely manner and under the best price and quality conditions, allowing the fulfillment of public purposes and having a positive impact on the living conditions of citizens.
