The Occupational Health and Safety Law aims to promote a culture of prevention of occupational hazards in the country. For this, it has the duty of prevention by employers, the role of supervision and control of the state and the participation of workers and their union organizations, who, through social dialogue, ensure the promotion, dissemination, and compliance of the regulations on the matter.
