This law regulates pre-professional practices, those that are carried out during the academic training period of the students; and professional practices, those carried out by graduates for up to twelve months.
- Contribute to an adequate and effective interconnection between the training offer and the demand in the labor market.
- Promote training and job training linked to production and service processes as a mechanism to improve employability and labor productivity.
- Provide training that develops skills for work, that allows flexibility and favors the adaptation of the beneficiaries of the training to different work situations.
