Depending on what you are looking for and what your budget is, you can check out, for example, Saga Falabella or Ripley or other high end stores especially in San Isidro. Other options include Plaza Hogar on Av. Angamos Este, the furniture stalls on Panamericana between Av. Benavides and Av. Angamos or you could even drive out to Villa el Salvador where you find countless smaller and larger furniture stores or carpenters making you exactly what you want.
